Terms and Conditions

The request of availability is non-binding and does not guarantee reservation until a deposit is made to La Villa della Fontaccia.

In the event of a request for reservation at la Villa della Fontaccia, there is no obligation to accept such a request.

The confirmation sent by la Villa della Fontaccia confirming your reservation, finalizing the contract, is a bound confirmation by the client that payment of deposit will be paid in timely manner to La Villa della Fontaccia thus guaranteeing your reservation.

The deposit amount required to secure your room(s) is calculated by the number of rooms requested by the cost of the first night's room rate.

All room rates are quoted in Euro and include the room(s) for that day, breakfast and an I.V.A. (Included Value Tax) of 10%.

The confirmation of the reservation will be effective at the moment of the receipt, from the client, of notification of payment. At which point La Villa della Fontaccia a confirmation notification to the client who shall be present at Check-In.

CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT

Check-In: You may check-in after 14:00. It is appreciated if you call us if you will be arriving after 19:00.

Check-Out: On your last day with us, please Check-Out and vacate your room by 10:30.

CANCELATION

In the event of cancellation of your reservation, the deposit will be kept by La Villa della Fontaccia. In the case of pre-payment by credit card, the entire reservation will be refunded minus the cost of the first night's stay as defined as a deposit.
Note: le modalità di recessione shall be valid only for reservations made directly with us.
